until 30.09.2001: Head of the research and development group "Experimental Fluid Mechanics" at the Chair of Fluid Mechanics and Process Automation Weihenstephan. Work on gentle conveying of biomatter in centrifugal pumps, on wort boiling in wort kettles with natural circulation and on high-pressure treatment of foodstuffs, whereby the development of an energy- and resource-saving high-pressure process for industrial practice was advanced in a successfully placed, large-scale research project with the German Federal Foundation for the Environment.
